This antique half gill copper rum measure which is marked to the outer with 1/2 Gill has a side handle that is attached to the one piece copper body with rivets and has a tinned interior.

This small copper mug is also marked to the outer with the King George Cipher and 6 to show that this was used as a Royal Naval rum cup.

A nice unusual size rum measure.

Material: Copper.

Date: Early 20th century.

Marked: GR 6 (King George Cipher). 1/2 Gill.

Dimensions: Width including handle: 7.5 cm (3"). Width: 5 cm (2"). Height including handle: 6 cm (2 1/4").

Weight: 90 g.

Condition: Well used antique condition with some dings, marks and scratches. The inside has heavy patination. Please see pictures.
